About DLUX EQ-IQ

EQ-IQ is DLUX’s Centre of Excellence focused on nurturing talent, curiosity, and continuous learning in Martech, digital transformation, and AI-powered experiences. We are looking for passionate educators to join our learning faculty in Coimbatore to shape the next generation of digital talent.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver instructor-led sessions (online & offline) in areas such as digital marketing, CRM, Adobe Experience Cloud, ecommerce platforms (e.g. Magento/Salesforce), and emerging martech tools.
- Translate complex concepts into learner-friendly formats using real-world use cases and interactive teaching methods.
- Develop or adapt training content in collaboration with our CoE leads.
- Mentor, coach, and assess students, providing structured feedback for continuous improvement.
- Maintain accurate training records including attendance, performance, and feedback.

Requirements




Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields.
- 1–3 years of teaching or corporate training experience preferred.
- Exposure to Martech platforms (e.g., Adobe, Salesforce, Hubspot) is a solid advantage.
- Strong communication, empathy, and learner-centric mindset.
- Willingness to continuously upskill.
