As an Automation QA Playwright Manager, you will lead the charge in implementing quality engineering practices within our Software and Product Innovation group. Your role will involve developing cutting-edge software solutions and driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients. As a Manager, you will enhance your leadership style by motivating, developing, and inspiring others to deliver quality.
You will be responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations. You are expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way.
