The AR&D; Executive will be responsible for developing, validating, and executing analytical methods to support the formulation development of pharmaceutical products. The role involves close collaboration with formulation scientists, regulatory teams, and quality assurance to ensure robust analytical data for product development and regulatory submissions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and validate analytical methods for raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products using techniques like HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, FTIR, and dissolution testing.
- Conduct stability studies as per ICH guidelines, analyze data, and prepare reports.
- Perform routine and non-routine analytical testing to support formulation development and troubleshooting.




- Prepare and review analytical documentation, including protocols, reports, and SOPs.
- Assist in technology transfer of analytical methods to quality control (QC) laboratories.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide analytical insights during formulation development.
- Ensure compliance with GLP, GMP, and other relevant regulatory requirements.
- Manage laboratory instruments, including calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with evolving regulatory guidelines and analytical techniques.
