Categories Responsible: Bar Soaps, Shower Gel Liquids, Haircare, Skincare , Excludes FF
- Develop and implement olfactory strategies tailored to clients, markets, and categories, providing clear guidance to Perfumery teams.
- Manage and execute multiple complex briefs, developing or selecting fragrances while ensuring collaboration with commercial, marketing and consumer insights teams.
- Collaborate with regional Creative Centers, as needed,



to successfully deliver projects.
- Define the fragrances to be tested and coordinate evaluation activities with the consumer Insights team.
- Analyze CMI results and translate them into actionable olfactory guidelines for perfumers
- Maintain a broad knowledge of market dynamics, consumer preferences, and emerging olfactory trends for personal care category.
- Engage effectively with consumers and clients to discuss briefs, technical matters and other project related topics.
- Demonstrate a robust understanding of consumer behaviors within the assigned categories.
- Lead large, complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring creative excellence and timely delivery.
