What you will do
As Principal Product Manager, you will own the product vision, strategy, and execution for our interview platform. Working directly with the VP of Product,
you'll leverage deep user empathy and product thinking to create experiences that evolve alongside rapid AI advancements in software development, while collaborating across engineering, content, design, and go-to-market teams to deliver high-impact solutions that transform how companies evaluate talent.
This position requires a schedule that overlaps with U.S. business hours.
- Product Strategy & Innovation: Help define the roadmap for our product suite; evaluate how we should leverage AI to provide a stronger signal and measure of a candidate’s technical capabilities; collaborate with leadership to shape Karat's strategy in the evolving technical assessment market.
