Job Description

As a
Product Owner on this team, you will be a key contributor to monitoring
automation of infrastructure, network and application services & development
activities. Our teams are developing services & tools to support
other Motorola Solutions' engineering teams as well as deliver solutions to our
customers. You will be working on a high-velocity, results-oriented team that
leverages cutting-edge technologies and techniques. The right individual will
be motivated and will have a passion for automation, deployment processes and
enabling innovation.



Your efforts will help to shape the engineering culture
and best practices across Motorola Solutions’ Unified Communication organization .

Basic Requirements

Responsibilities
will include:

· Design and implementation of the Analytics Platform
and Big Data services

· Creates a prototype of a new product in order to iron
out flaws in the final design

· Automate monitoring of network performance,
application performance and service integrity

· Operation of an Elasticsearch cluster, Prometheus
cluster used by our services

· Understand complex network and application
infrastructure and build tools that help engineers to monitor, triage and
troubleshoot issues from the network all the way through the application stack
in public and private cloud environments.

· Develop custom data models and algorithms. Use
Data analytics techniques and predictive modeling to increase and optimize
customer experiences, revenue ge
