Position: Junior Content Strategy Associate – Research & Synthesis

Role Summary: We are looking for a sharp, detail‑oriented
associate to support BFSI video strategy development through
research, analysis, and early‑stage framework structuring.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct secondary research on BFSI industry trends,
client segments, and competitor strategies.
- Support development of strategic video journeys for clients
proposals.
- Conduct secondary research on BFSI trends, regulations,
competitor moves, and consumer behavior.
- Extract insights from annual reports, regulatory filings,
investor decks, and analyst notes.
- Map user cohorts, personas, and funnel stages for
proposed video journeys.
- Translate research outputs into early-stage frameworks
(journey maps, content matrices, A/B hypotheses).
- Prepare monthly insight digests highlighting what content
worked and why.
- Familiarity with digital-funnel metrics (bounce,

%, heat maps) and how they relate to video journeys.
- Assist in mapping user flows, format suggestions, and
video structuring for BFSI use cases.
- Populate presentation decks with relevant research and
data points.
- Collaborate with senior strategists and the Head of
Content to synthesize inputs into usable strategy
documents.

Requirements
Required Education and Skillset

Bachelor’s degree (Communication, Business, or related).

Basic understanding of the BFSI ecosystem (lending,

insurance, investments).
- Robust communication and presentation structuring skills.
- Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and online research.
- Detail‑oriented; able to interpret large volumes of information.
- Strong language and writing skills
- Maintain a central research repository (industry reports, competitor decks, data sources) and keep it indexed for quick reuse in future proposals.
