Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads for Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery across targeted international markets.
- Identify and develop recent business opportunities within the B2B diamond jewellery segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesalers, retailers, and key clients.
- Work closely with the Sales team to strengthen the sales pipeline and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product pitches to drive revenue growth.
- Negotiate commercial terms and successfully close sales deals.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to overall business expansion.




- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery industry.

Requirements
- 4–12 years of experience in Sales & Business Development in the Diamond Jewellery industry.
- Prior exposure to Lab Grown Diamond Jewellery is mandatory.
- Strong experience in lead generation and B2B client acquisition.
- Good understanding of international markets and pricing dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and target achievement skills.
