We are seeking an accomplished Senior React Developer with 5–9 years of hands-on experience to join Data Economy and play a pivotal role in building our next-generation web applications. As a senior member of our engineering team, you will drive architectural decisions, mentor developers, and deliver high-performance, user-centric interfaces that meet the evolving demands of the modern data economy.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities

1. Technical Leadership & Architecture
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and maintainable React architectures.
- Make informed decisions on state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand), component patterns, and code organization.
- Implement performance optimizations such as lazy loading, code splitting, memoization, and efficient rendering practices.
- Define and enforce coding standards, code quality checks, and testing best practices.
- Evaluate emerging tools, libraries, and technologies to improve development efficiency and product quality.

2. Team Leadership & Mentorship




- Mentor junior and mid-level React developers by sharing best practices and offering continuous guidance.
- Lead thorough and constructive code reviews.
- Delegate tasks appropriately and track progress to ensure timely delivery.
- Foster a cooperative, positive, and performance-driven team culture.

3. Development & Implementation
- Build clean, efficient, and reusable React components using JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Integrate front-end components with RESTful APIs and GraphQL backends.
- Implement robust testing strategies including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests (Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress).
- Develop intuitive data visualization components using relevant libraries.
- Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and improve overall application reliability.

4. Communication & Collaboration
- Work closely with cross-functional teams including Product, Design, and Backend to translate ideas into
