Job Summary:
The Head of R&D; will lead our research and development team to strategize, design, and develop new electrical appliances that align with market needs and company goals. This role involves overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, from conceptualization to market launch, ensuring that our products are innovative, feasible, and competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the R&D; team, fostering an environment of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
* Develop and implement R&D; strategies, goals, and plans to align with the company�s business objectives.
* Oversee the research, design, and development of new electrical appliances, ensuring they meet quality standards, regulatory compliance, and are environmentally sustainable.
* Collaborate with marketing, sales, and production teams to understand market needs, trends, and opportunities for innovation.
* Manage the R&D; budget,



ensuring resources are allocated efficiently and effectively to support project timelines and innovation goals.
* Stay abreast of technological advancements, competitor products, and industry trends to guide strategic decisions.
* Lead the patent process for current inventions and manage the company's intellectual property portfolio.
* Foster partnerships with universities, research institutions, and technology partners to enhance product development and innovation.
* Ensure that all projects are completed within timelines and budgets, adjusting project scopes, timelines, and priorities as necessary.
* Lead the development of prototypes, coordinate testing, and oversee the transition from prototype to production.
