Lead Product Manager – Airline Experience ​

Role Summary
Seeking a Lead Product Manager to drive product strategy, roadmap, planning, and execution across Check-in portfolio-SSCI, Defect Management, DMS (Delivery Management System), and Product Convergence initiatives. The role will partner closely with Engineering, Delivery, CARE and Customer teams to prioritize investments, improve product quality, and deliver customer value. The role possesses a unique blend of business and technical skills,



a big-picture vision, and the drive to make that vision a reality.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive product roadmap, prioritization, and release planning.
- Manage SSCI, DMS, Defect Management, and product convergence initiatives.
- Drive product vision & strategy, business requirements documentation and analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to define requirements and deliver outcomes.
- Drive defect backlog governance, quality improvements, and operational excellence.
- Utilize customer insights, data, and analytics to inform product decisions.
- Communicate roadmap, risks, dependencies, and progress to stakeholders.
- Leverage AI tools to improve product discovery, analysis, prioritization, and delivery efficiency.
