Job Description:

The Analyst / Senior Analyst will support the Structured Finance team in managing lender appraisal, debt documentation, pre and post disbursement compliances for renewable energy projects (solar, wind, hybrid, and BESS). The role involves working across multiple project SPVs, lenders,



and external advisors to ensure compliance with financing agreements throughout the project lifecycle—from appraisal to sanction to financial close to operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Project Finance Documentation & Compliance
• Support compliance with project finance (fund and non-fund based loan agreements, common terms agreements, and security documents for renewable energy projects.
• Track and manage conditions precedent (CP) and conditions subsequent (CS) related to financial close, construction, and operations.
• Maintain compliance trackers for fund-based and non–fund-based facilities across multiple project SPVs.
• Assist in review and negotiation of loan documentation under guidance of the Manager.
• Assist in preparation / review of financial models.
• Tracking and analysing regulatory and policy changes impacting the renewable power space.

2. Lender & Facility Management
