Job Purpose:
The Executive - Tower (QA) conducts inspections of tower sections,
focusing on weld quality, dimensional accuracy, and surface treatment compliance. This role uses NDT techniques to detect defects, maintains quality documentation, monitors supplier compliance, and verifies surface coatings. The position supports continuous improvement initiatives, provides training to junior inspectors, collaborates with manufacturing teams, and ensures adherence to industry standards for tower manufacturing quality.
Responsibilities
Material Testing and Analysis:
- Direct comprehensive chemical and mechanical testing to validate the quality and suitability of materials used in tower construction.
- Interpret testing outcomes to guide material selection and ensure compliance with industry standards and structural requirements.
Metrology and Dimensional Control:
- Oversee metrology operations to ensure that all components of the tower are fabricated to accurate specificat
