Job Title: Cluster Executive

Location: Cluster-based (Colleges within assigned geography)

Reporting To: Team Lead / Manager

Role Summary

The Cluster Executive is responsible for overseeing operations across 3 to 5 sites, ensuring smooth service delivery, effective management of Material Movement and Manpower.

Responsibilities:

· Manage day-to-day operations across 3–5 assigned sites

· Coordinate site visits, Material and Manpower availability

· Act as the primary point of contact between college and management

· Ensure timely resolution of technical issues and escalations

· Verify the operational status of all hardware components

· Network connectivity checks to ensure reliable LAN/WAN performance

· Identification and rectification of potential hardware/network issues

Skills:

· Basic Hardware & Networking Certification.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in any Streams
