Role Overview
We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer with solid expertise in backend development using Java/Golang and frontend development using React.js. The ideal candidate will play a key role in designing scalable applications, mentoring team members, and driving technical excellence across the development lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java/Golang.
- Build responsive and high-performance frontend applications using React.js.
- Lead technical design discussions and provide mentorship to junior developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following best practices.
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, and Engineering teams to deliver business requirements.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across the stack.
- Implement unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing.
- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
- Contribute to CI/CD processes and DevOps best practices.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends.
