We are seeking an experienced and driven Team Lead – Overseas Counselling to manage and guide a team of counsellors while delivering high-quality student advisory services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in overseas education counselling, particularly across multiple destinations.
Key Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and manage a team of overseas education counsellors

Provide expert counselling to students aspiring to study abroad

Guide students through the entire process: course selection, applications, and admissions

Ensure high conversion rates from enquiries to enrolments

Stay updated on international education trends, visa processes, and admission requirements

Conduct training sessions and performance reviews for team members
-
Build and maintain relationships with partner universities and institutions

Handle escalations and provide solutions to complex student cases
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum 4+ years of experience in overseas education counselling

Proven experience handling destinations such as UK, Ireland, USA, and Europe

Prior experience in a team handling or leadership role is preferred

Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Good understanding of admission and visa processes for multiple countries
