As a Lead Analyst - Program Management, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our projects are managed exceptionally and delivered flawlessly. What You'll Do
- Manage the delivery of features from inception to approval, liaising with collaborators throughout the development process
- Track and report progress on projects, including achievements, risks/issues, and burndowns




- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques
- Coordinate and report on multiple projects simultaneously with a focus on accuracy
- Provide estimates on recent developments and track estimates versus actuals
- Recognize, convey, and monitor all project dependencies
- Manage collaborator expectations and promptly address urgent issues
- Communicate development progress and commercial timelines to teams
- Facilitate meetings with global teams and collaborators
- Interact with delivery managers, development teams, product managers, quality teams, compliance teams, and senior leadership
- Update project status using Project Web App for PowerBI/Fabric reports
- Maintain data accuracy in required systems and publish regular and ad-hoc reports
- Identify, communicate, and carry out continuous improvement activities
- Participate in developing effective PMO program/project tools for process sta
