Requirements:
- B.com, M.com, MBA Finance, CA Inter.
- Relevant experience of a minimum of eight years.
- Experience in an International Residential school will be an advantage; however, it is not mandatory.
- Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards and tax regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and financial management tools (Tally/ERP/Etc.)
- Excellent analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Leadership and team management abilities.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Exposure to dealing with foreign exchange, FCRA & GST(must).
- High ethical standards and integrity in financial matters.
- Robust sense of responsibility and commitment.
- Excellent written & verbal communication, interpersonal, and IT skills.
- The candidate should have experience or working knowledge of AI-enabled finance tools for accounting controls, compliance tracking, audit support, cash flow monitoring, process automation, and financial reporting. The role should be able to leverage AI to strengthen internal controls, improve efficiency, reduce manual errors, and support timely and transparent financial governance.
