We are hiring a dedicated EHS Officer to manage and improve workplace health and safety compliance. This role requires a professional with 2 to 4 years of experience and a certified safety qualification from SBTET Hyderabad.
Roles and Responsibilities
? Compliance & Audits
- Implement company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Conduct regular workplace safety inspections and audits.
- Ensure full compliance with statutory safety regulations.
- Maintain updated safety registers and legal documentation.
⚠️ Risk Management
- Identify workplace hazards and conduct risk assessments.
- Investigate accidents, near-misses, and dangerous occurrences.
- Root-cause analysis reporting for incident prevention.
- Ensure proper availability and usage of PPE.
? Training & Culture
- Conduct safety induction for new employees and contractors.
- Organize tool-box talks and specialized safety training.
- Promote a proactive safety-first culture in office.
- Lead emergency mock drills and evacuation procedures.
Candidate Profile
? Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in Science/Engineering or Diploma holder.
- Certification: Compulsory Post Diploma in Industrial Safety from SBTET Hyderabad.
- Experience: 2–4 years in manufacturing, construction, or corporate EHS
