- Coordination with Internally project team and Client (Quality Aspects).

- Develop, implement, and oversee the Project Quality Management Plan (QMP) to ensure compliance with project specifications, codes, and standards.
- Review client specification, tender documents and quality related clauses.
- Develop project specific Quality Management Plan tailored to the tender.
- Provide input on organization structure staffing, R&R; and quality resourcing.
- Support the procurement team with quality criteria in vendor prequalification support construction planning with constructability and inspection strategies.
- Provide quality related cost estimates (manpower, inspection/testing, third party involvement etc.)
- Respond to client quality related queries or clarification during the tender evaluation phase.
- Setting requirements for products and equipment’s for suppliers and monitoring their compliance.
- Organizing Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) and receipt inspection at Warehouse.
