Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

 Drive continuous process improvements on the assembly line to enhance productivity and
reduce risk
 Prepare and maintain PPAP documentation (e.g., Control Plans, PFMEA, Check Sheets, etc.)
 Apply quality tools and methodologies such as APQP and 7QC tools
 Validate and map processes for efficiency and quality assurance
 Ensure compliance with ISO standards, especially IATF 16949
 Support and participate in customer audits and documentation reviews
 Lead and manage multiple process improvement projects concurrently
 Develop and implement current processes to improve manufacturing performance
 Handle complex manufacturing processes with a versatile and proactive approach

Qualifications:
 B.Tech in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with a minimum of 3 years of experience in
process improvement
OR
 Diploma in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering with 3–4 years of relevant experience in
the battery industry or a similar electronics field
 Electro-mechanical background preferred
