Argano is seeking a dynamic and experienced EPM Data Integrations Manager to lead and manage a high-performing team of consulting professionals. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of consulting services to clients, ensuring quality and efficiency in project execution, and fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented team environment. You will leverage your leadership skills to drive client excellence, to mentor team members, and to support the overall growth of the EPM consulting practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of consulting professionals, providing guidance and support in their career development.
- Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with team members to provide feedback, set goals, and ensure qualified growth.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous learning and innovation.
- Oversee workload distribution, ensuring that projects are staffed appropriately and deadlines are met.
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and services provided by the consulting team, ensuring they meet company standards and client expectations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, client satisfaction, and team productivity.
- Support the sales and business development process by identifying new opportunities within existing client accounts and assisting with proposals, RFPs, and presentations.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to assist in defining the strategic direction for the EPM consulting practice and identify new service offerings.
- Contribute to thought leadership by staying current with industry trends and best practices, and representing the company at conferences, webinars, and networking events.
