Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, reconciliations, statutory compliance, and month-end closing activities. The candidate should have solid knowledge of accounting principles, GST, TDS, Tally/ERP, and MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate books of accounts.
- Handle Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable activities.
- Prepare and review journal entries, ledgers, vouchers, and supporting documents.
- Perform bank, ledger, vendor, customer, and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
- Prepare and analyze Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements.




- Monitor outstanding receivables and payables and follow up for timely settlements.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required documents and financial information.
- Verify invoices, expenses, purchase bills, sales invoices, and payment documents.
- Monitor accounting entries and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Identify accounting discrepancies and take corrective action.
- Prepare MIS reports and provide financial data to management.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and variance analysis.
- Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes.
- Coordinate with internal departments, vendors, customers, banks, and external auditors.
- Review the work of junior accountants and provide necessary guidance.
- Ensure timely completion of accounting activities and statutory requirements.
