Associate - Quality Control (Internal Quality)

About the Role:

We are looking for an Associate - Quality Control (Internal Quality), who thrives in a high performance and fast paced technical workplace As an Associate within the Quality Control (Internal Quality) team, you will be responsible for independently performing most function tasks, ensuring that our customer receives a great product.

What you'll deliver:
- To ensure aerospace components, assemblies, and systems meet customer requirements through strict Compline to aerospace standards, inspections, testing, and documentation.
- Inspect machining, sheet metal forming, aerospace components, sub-assemblies, and systems during incoming, in process, and final stages
- Verify critical processes and special process approvals
- Verify compliance with engineering drawings, specifications, and tolerances
- Ensure conformity to aerospace standards such as AS9100, ASME requirements
- Ensure traceability of raw materials,



serial numbers, and batch records
- Prepare and maintain inspection reports, FAI reports, Certificates of Conformance (CoC), quality records, Pressure test record, Calibration record
- Support 3rd party supplier inspection machining parts and bending parts
- Drive Continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of drawings, GD&T;, and tolerance stack up
- Strong Experience with measuring instrument (Vernier, Height gauges, Digital and straightforward Micrometre, Bore gauge, Roughness tester)

What you'll need:
- 2+ years of total working experience in related domain
- Diploma / bachelor’s degree in aerospace engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
- Flexible to Supplier site inspection and technical support
- Flexible to Shift work
- Flexibility to go beyond normal work hours in time of need and support other functions
