- Work closely with HO HR for the HR Strategy, HR policies, and HR Operations in

- Employees Grievance Handling, Labour Welfare and labour Relations
- Statutory compliance about attendance, payroll, Leave management, Provident
- Fund, ESIC, and disputes settlements
- This position will incorporate knowledge of state and central employment laws to address requests from government affiliates.
- Employee management: Health & Safety, Employees Grievance, Salary/Attendance, Leave records, Employee Welfare Activity
- Manpower Planning, Recruitment, Employee engagement, Performance
- management, IR/ labour relations, statutory compliances
- Create an excellent work setting and compliance with labour regulations.
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
- Monitoring new employees' onboarding, induction, and confirmation Processes
- Assess training needs to apply and monitor training programs
- Review the monthly MIS & align strategy with the management
