Role Description:

A Financial Analyst is responsible for providing financial insights and analysis to support decision-making within a company. This role typically involves examining financial data, forecasting future financial performance, and assisting in budgeting and strategic planning.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Analyze financial statements and prepare reports to
provide insights into financial performance.
- Conduct variance analysis to compare actual results
with budgeted figures.
- Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and
periodic forecasts.
- Collaborate with department heads to gather
budgetary inputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data using
tools such as Excel and financial software.




- Prepare detailed financial reports and summaries for
senior management.
- Ensure compliance with established financial policies,
procedures, and controls.
- Participate
in the development and documentation of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining internal controls
related to financial processes.
- Identify and
report discrepancies or deviations from established procedures.
