JOB OBJECTIVE
To lead and manage the Corporate HR function for Vikram Solar, driving talent acquisition, talent management, performance management, compensation & benefits, HR policy and organizational development, thereby building a high-performing, engaged and future-ready workforce aligned to business objectives.

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Own the end-to-end recruitment strategy for corporate/non-manufacturing roles, including leadership hiring.
- Build a strong employer brand and talent pipeline in partnership with business leaders.
- Ensure a seamless onboarding experience for new hires across corporate functions.
- Time-to-fill / cost-per-hire
- Quality of hire / retention at 1 year
- Offer-to-joining ratio
Performance Management
- Design, implement and continuously improve the performance management framework across the organization.
- Drive goal-setting, mid-year and annual review cycles in partnership with business leadership.
- Institutionalize a performance-linked culture, including PIPs and recognition mechanisms.

Compensation, Perks & HR Policy
- Lead annual compensation review, benchmarking and budgeting in line with market and business needs.
