CRA is seeking a Finance Associate to support financial operations, reporting, and ERP-driven process improvements across the organization.
This role is ideal for a young, dynamic finance professional with strong accounting fundamentals and ERP exposure who can help strengthen financial processes, ensure compliance, and contribute to data-driven decision-making within a fast-growing and structured business environment.
About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented Finance Associate to support accounting operations,
financial reporting, compliance, and ERP-based financial processes.
The role will work closely with cross-functional teams, leadership, auditors, and external stakeholders to ensure accurate financial reporting, robust internal controls, and efficient finance operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and General Ledger management.
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Prepare and review monthly financial reports, reconciliation, and variance analysis.
- Monitor General Ledger balances and identify and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards, taxation regulations, and internal financial controls.
