Position: Construction Supervisor

Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Construction Supervisor to oversee in office activities, manage workers and subcontractors, and ensure that construction projects are completed on time, safely, and efficiently.

Location:
- Between Bavla/Bagodra

Salary:
- Up to ₹25k per month

Experience:
- 1 to 2 years of experience in construction supervision or a related role.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage on-site workers and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
- Enforce adherence to safety standards, protocols, and company policies.
- Monitor and track project timelines,



ensuring deliverables are met within deadlines.
- Coordinate resources, materials, and equipment for uninterrupted site activities.
- Address on-site issues and provide effective solutions promptly.
- Conduct routine site inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation of daily site activities and progress.
- Communicate with project managers and stakeholders regarding site updates.
- Assist in training workers on safety and operational procedures.
- Ensure proper upkeep and maintenance of on-site equipment.
