Key Responsibilities

Academic Leadership
- Supervise classroom teaching and ensure high-quality instruction
- Ensure curriculum alignment with board standards (CBSE/SEBA/ICSE)
- Monitor student performance and implement improvement strategies
- Organize teacher training and professional development programs

Administrative Management
- Implement school policies, discipline, and safety protocols
- Oversee daily operations, infrastructure, and resource management
- Maintain accurate school records and documentation
- Prepare academic calendars, timetables,



and schedules

Resource Management
- Recruit, train, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff
- Resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work setting
- Motivate staff and promote a collaborative culture

Stakeholder Engagement
- Conduct PTA meetings and address parent concerns
- Represent the school in official and community events
- Liaise with education boards and government authorities

Requirements
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Education or related field
- Prior experience in school administration
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
