Position: Store Keeper
Location: Silvassa
Department: Stores
Qualification: B.Com / Graduate / Diploma
Experience: 1–2 years
Salary: ₹22,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

Receive and inspect incoming materials against purchase orders.

Prepare and maintain Goods Receipt Notes (GRN) and related documentation.

Issue materials to production and other departments as per authorized requests.

Maintain accurate inventory records in the ERP system.

Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counting.

Ensure proper storage, identification, and preservation of materials.

Follow FIFO/FEFO practices for effective inventory management.

Coordinate with Production, Purchase, Planning, and QA/QC teams to ensure smooth material flow.

Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excess stock.

Maintain store documentation and ensure compliance with safety and housekeeping standards.

Required Skills

Working knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Tally, or equivalent).

Proficiency in MS Excel and other basic computer applications.

Good communication and coordination skills.

Robust attention to detail and accuracy.

Basic understanding of inventory management and store documentation.
