Job Summary:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media
Manager to lead
the growth of our Instagram and other social media platforms. The
ideal candidate will craft cutting-edge strategies to enhance our brand
presence, attract high-value clients, and engage with our audience.

Key Responsibilities:
- Strategy Development: Design and implement a
comprehensive social media strategy to align with our business
goals.
- Content Creation: Collaborate with
the design team to create visually stunning posts, stories, and
reels that reflect our luxury and neoclassical brand
aesthetics.
- Platform Management: Manage
day-to-day operations of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other
relevant platforms, including posting, scheduling, and community
management.
- Audience Engagement: Build and
maintain relationships with followers, responding to comments,
messages, and inquiries promptly.
- Analytics
and Growth: Monitor metrics, analyse performance, and
prepare reports to track growth and optimize content
strategies.
- Client Attraction: Use social




media campaigns to generate leads and drive client inquiries,
especially for high-end residential and commercial
projects.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay updated on
industry trends, platform updates, and competitor strategies to
keep our content fresh and relevant.

Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and CRM team
to ensure a seamless integration of social media with overall
marketing efforts.

Requirements
- Proven experience as a Social Media Manager, preferably in
architecture, luxury, or lifestyle brands.
- Strong
understanding of Instagram growth strategies and platform
algorithms.
- Exceptional creativity and design sense
with proficiency in tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or
similar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to
interpret social media metrics and data.
- Knowledge of SEO and paid social media campaigns is a
plus.
