We're looking for a Growth Head who can make that happen.

Job Summary

The Growth Head will own the organization's revenue growth strategy and execution. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, expanding markets, strengthening partnerships, launching new growth initiatives, and building scalable revenue engines across India.

You won't just lead marketing or sales—you will own growth.

What You'll Do

Revenue Growth
- Own and drive the roadmap towards achieving ₹500 Crore annual revenue.
- Develop short-term and long-term growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and expansion plans.

Business Expansion
- Build GTM (Go-To-Market) strategies for new products and markets.
- Drive customer acquisition across enterprise, fleet operators, industrial customers, and channel partners.
- Expand Repos' presence across existing and new geographies.

Growth Strategy
- Build scalable customer acquisition and retention models.
- Improve conversion across the entire customer journey.
- Develop pricing, partnership, and monetization strategies.
