About the Role:

We are seeking
a energetic and results-driven Business Development Executive (Inside Sales) to
join our growing medical communications team. This role is pivotal in
identifying recent business opportunities, building relationships with
pharmaceutical and biotech clients, and driving revenue growth through
strategic inside sales efforts.

The ideal
candidate will have a strong understanding of the healthcare and pharmaceutical
landscape, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in B2B
sales within the life sciences or med-comm sector.

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Lead Generation

• Identify and qualify new
business opportunities within pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical device
companies.

• Conduct targeted outreach via
phone, email, LinkedIn, and other digital channels to engage prospective
clients.

• Build and maintain a robust
pipeline of qualified leads using CRM tools.

• Research industry trends,
competitor activities,



and potential client needs to tailor sales approaches.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

• Engage with key decision-makers
including Medical Affairs, Marketing, and Communications leaders.

• Conduct discovery calls to
understand client challenges, therapeutic areas of focus, and project
requirements.

• Present the company's service
offerings compellingly and accurately.

• Nurture long-term relationships
with prospects to convert them into clients.

Sales Strategy & Execution

• Collaborate with the Business
Development Manager, Chief Revenue Officer and Senior Leadership to develop and
execute inside sales strategies.

• Meet or exceed monthly and
quarterly sales targets (lead generation, meetings booked, proposals sent,
deals closed).

• Prepare compelling proposals,
pitch decks, and client presentations in collaboration with medical and
creative teams.
