- Prepare students for placements through:
- Resume & LinkedIn profile building
- Interview preparation (technical + HR)
- Mock interviews and aptitude tests
- Match student skills with suitable job roles
- Track student preferences, performance, and placement outcomes
3. Training & Employability Readiness
- Coordinate with academic and training teams to:
- Identify skill gaps in students
- Suggest industry-relevant certifications and tools
- Organize soft skills, communication, and workplace readiness programs
- Ensure students meet employer eligibility criteria
4. Placement Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute annual placement plans and targets
- Set KPIs for placements, employer onboarding, and student readiness
- Analyze placement trends and market demand in STEM sectors
- Support leadership with placement reports and insights
5. Internships & Apprenticeships
- Facilitate paid/unpaid internships and apprenticeship programs
- Monitor student performance during internships
- Convert internships into full time employment opportunities
6. Data Management & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of:
- Student profiles
- Employer partnerships
- Placement offers and joining status
- Prepare reports for:
- Management
- Funding agencies
- Government or CSR partners (if applicable)
