Job Profile: Senior Project Manager – (Corporate Interior Fit-out Works)
Profile Overview
The Senior Project Manager should demonstrate leadership for successfully leading and delivery of large scale interior fit-out projects for our corporate clients. The candidate should have extensive experience managing high-end office and commercial interior projects for IT / ITES / BFSI Clients, from inception to completion. This role requires a robust understanding of corporate design trends,



excellent client relationship management skills, and the ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.

Experience: Around 12+ years of progressive experience in interior fit-out projects. You need to have experience in leading and delivering high end Office interior fit-out projects for IT / ITES / BFSI Clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee multiple corporate interior fit-out projects simultaneously, ranging from small-scale renovations to large-scale office developments
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project execution plans covering scope, schedule, budget, quality, and risk management for large scale corporate interior fit-out projects
- Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact, understanding business objectives, managing expectations, and ensuring continuous alignment between project execution and client goals throughout the pro
