Job Description:

Position: Plant & Machinery Maintenance Executive (Only Males)
Qualification Required: Diploma or ITI in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance
ITI Trades: Fitter, Electrician, Mechanical Maintenance, etc.
Experience: Minimum 3 years in any MNC (Preferably food & beverage industry)
Salary: ₹18,000 (In-hand)
Job Location: Keva Kaipo Industries Pvt. Ltd., #18-19, Dehlon Road, Tibba Village, Sahnewal, Ludhiana – Punjab 141120 (Local Preferred)
Timings: 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute routine maintenance schedules for equipment and facilities

Conduct inspections to identify potential issues before they become major problems

-
Respond promptly to machinery or equipment breakdowns

-
Diagnose faults and perform necessary repairs or arrange for service technicians

-




Minimize downtime by prioritizing and resolving issues quickly

-
Monitor the condition of electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, AHU, RO, Air Compressor, Generators, and other utility systems

Maintain an inventory of tools, equipment, and spare parts

-
Track machinery breakdown requisition slips and maintain history record of each machine

Keep detailed logs of maintenance work done, faults identified, and resolutions

Conduct routine safety checks and risk assessments

Provide proper training to machine operators
