- Coordinate training schedules and delivery across multiple regions.
- Manage external training vendors and consultants.
- Align training programs with key business KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support talent development, succession planning, and career progression.
- Strengthen sales capability and customer service excellence.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and ROI analysis.
- Track training metrics such as participation, completion, and impact.
- Maintain training MIS, dashboards, and compliance reports.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Learning & Development (L&D;) strategy aligned with organizational goals.
- Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments and locations.
- Identify capability gaps and design structured learning interventions.
