Job Purpose
• To identify Technology Compliance requirements for IT Infrastructure Domain
• To draft Compliance policies & procedure
• To work with IT Infra Units to implement compliance controls.
• To track Status of Compliance
• To remediate noncompliance as per the governance structure
• To interface with External Auditors for all IT Infra Units
• To ensure all audit points are closed as per the defined TATDuties and Responsibilities
A- Take full ownership of a process in IT Infra Compliance
B- To track all compliances as per regulatory requirements
C- To ensure no audit issues are identified during regulatory audit
D- Maintain Documentation and evidences for IAM processKey Decisions / Dimensions
Business Volume: NAMajor Challenges

a) Qualifications




• Engineering / Computer Graduate with 6-8 years of Information Security Governance / IT Compliance Experience/IT Audit in BFSI organization
• Specialization in Identity & Access Management Domain in Banking Domain
• Relevant Certifications like CISA/ISO 27001 LA
b) Work Experience
• Strong experience in IT Asset Management Domain
• Prior exposure to RBI Regulatory Audits and should have interfaced with REBIT Auditors
• Prior Experience of RBI/SEBI/IRDA Regulatory requirements for Technology Compliances
• Prior experience of Implementation & Sustenance of Technology Compliance requirements
• Working Knowledge of Security Governance Practices across Datacenter, Cloud, Servers, Endpoints, Security Technologies, Application & Database
• Good Written and Verbal Communication with Presentation Skills
• Valuable Team Player and sound in stakeholder management
