• Responsible for managing procurement of all IT (Hardware, Software) devices & Services.
• Ensuring appropriate approvals and payments terms are made/agreed before purchase orders issuance to vendors as per Banks SOP
• Responsible to handle all tasks related to IT procurement (receiving and managing request related to projects either capex/opex, hardware, Software, Licenses etc.)
• Maintain and share MIS for all Capex/ Opex released/pending projects/request on daily basis/weekly/Monthly basis to senior management.
• Ensuring proper control and compliance while processing of requests in line with the agreed terms.
• Engaging various depts. like IT, legal, Invoice, Accounts & Admin to close pending issues, challenges, follow up on pending invoices & approvals, ensuring reconciliation.
