Core Responsibilities:-

1. Production & Delivery:
â Ensure full production capacity fulfillment and meet all daily/weekly target
achievements.
â Guarantee timely delivery of orders according to committed schedules.
â Proactively identify, analyze, and implement solutions for resolving bottlenecks to
maintain continuous flow.
2. Efficiency & Quality:
â Implement strategies to significantly increase overall factory efficiency.
â Lead line balancing and optimization efforts to maximize throughput.
â Drive quality improvisation by minimizing defects and enhancing process control.
3. Reporting & Performance Management:
â Conduct daily reviews and report on outputs (Production vs. Target) to senior
management.
â Drive Daily Reconciliation of Production (DRP) with planning and inventory to
ensure accuracy.




â Track and report on key measures like Efficiency Percentage, Defect Rate, and
PPH (Pieces Per Hour) daily.
â Use reported data to take immediate corrective action on underperforming lines or
processes.
4. Team Management:
â Provide strong leadership for supervisors and operators.
â Focus on manpower building, development, and effective allocation.
â Maintain a safe and compliant working environment.

Requirements
8+ years in garment manufacturing, with 3-5 years in a senior managerial role.
â Proven expertise in Industrial Engineering, line balancing, and lean manufacturing
principles.
â Solid analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
