- Collaborate with design engineers and
cross-functional teams to understand project requirements
and objectives.
- Create
and modify 3D models, assemblies, and drawings using Creo
software.
- Conduct
design analyses and simulations to validate product
performance and ensure compliance with engineering
standards.
- Assist in
the development and improvement of design processes,
workflows, and best practices.

Prepare and maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation,
including design specifications and engineering change
orders.
- Participate in
design reviews and provide constructive feedback for
continuous improvement.

Collaborate with manufacturing and procurement teams to
ensure design feasibility and optimize product
manufacturability.
- Stay
updated with industry trends and advancements in design
engineering techniques and software.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering
or a related field.

Proficiency in Creo software (Pro/ENGINEER) is
essential.
- Solid
understanding of engineering principles, design standards,
and manufacturing processes.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail
and ability to interpret technical drawings and
specifications.

Effective communication skills and ability to work
collaboratively in a team workplace.
- Knowledge of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning
and Tolerancing) is preferred.
- Experience with product lifecycle management
(PLM) tools and practices is a plus.
