Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences, Medical Technology, or a related field (or equivalent certification).
- Basic understanding of human anatomy, musculoskeletal system, and orthopedic conditions.
- Familiarity with medical terminology, patient documentation, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to work in a rapid-paced clinical environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to evolving clinical procedures and protocols.
- Valid certification in CPR and first aid (preferred).
- Ability to lift and move patients safely with proper techniques and assistance.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer literacy for record management.
