About the Role: We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Senior Leader in
Data Engineering to lead the design, development, and scaling of our enterprise
data ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of
cloud-native architecture, up-to-date data platforms, and real-time processing
frameworks, while also demonstrating leadership acumen to scale high-performing
teams and drive data strategy across the enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:
- Define
and execute the enterprise-wide data engineering roadmap aligned with business
goals.
- Lead
the architecture and development of modern data platforms, including data
lakes, data lakehouses, and real-time streaming systems.
- Drive
the adoption of cloud-native data infrastructure across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Build




and manage a high-performing team of data engineers, architects, and platform
specialists.
- Collaborate
with Data Science, Analytics, Product, and Engineering teams to enable
self-service data capabilities.
- Oversee
data pipeline development using ETL/ELT best practices, orchestration
frameworks, and automation tools.
- Ensure
data quality, governance, and security policies are embedded in all processes.
- Stay
ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies, such as data mesh, data
fabric, and generative AI, for optimized data operations.
