Job Title: Medical Administrator

Location: Raipur, CG

Hospital: Multispeciality Hospital, 250 beds

Reporting to: Medical Director / CEO / Board of Directors

Position Summary

Responsible for the effective management of specific non-clinical and support functions

critical to hospital operations, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and quality service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operations Management

Oversee the following medical and clinical-support departments:

ï· Medical Consultants: Coordination, scheduling, and support for specialist and super-

specialist services.

ï· Resident Medical Officers (RMO): Duty roster management, clinical supervision,

and patient care monitoring.

ï· Nursing Services: Staff allocation, skill development, adherence to clinical protocols.

ï· Infection Control: Implementation of infection prevention policies, monitoring, and

audits.

ï· Operation Theatres (OT) & Cath Lab: Scheduling, equipment readiness, and sterile

practices.

ï· Physiotherapy: Service quality, therapy scheduling, and patient feedback monitoring.





ï· Outpatient Department (OPD): Patient flow management, wait time reduction, and

service coordination.

ï· Inpatient Department (IPD): Ward management, patient satisfaction, and care

continuity.

ï· Floor In-charges: Oversight of daily ward operations and inter-department

coordination.

ï· Dialysis Unit: Compliance with protocols, patient safety, and equipment upkeep.

ï· Central Sterile Supply Department (CSSD): Sterilisation processes, inventory, and

quality checks.

ï· Canteen & Dietetics: Nutrition planning, patient diet monitoring, and hygiene

compliance.

2. Compliance & Quality

ï· Ensure all departments follow NABH and other clinical quality standards.

ï· Maintain accurate medical records and departmental documentation.

ï· Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with patient safety norms.
