Degree in business administration, industrial management, or a related field Experience: 5 – 10 years’ experience in heading factory operation (managerial or supervisory role) Travel: Appx. 5% depending on the job need. Job Profile:
Oversee daily factory operations and production processes
Ensure adherence to quality standards and safety regulations
Coordinate with different departments to streamline production
Manage factory staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
Implement cost-effective production strategies
Monitor production schedules and adjust as necessary to meet deadlines
Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of equipment
Develop and enforce factory policies and procedures
Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise within the factory
Maintain accurate production records and reports
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials
