Roles and Responsibilities
- Playing a leadership role in owning the revenue of the company through finances and vendor engagement & outflow.
- Responsible for financial efficacy through internal stakeholder management and coordination.
- Assist with strategic financial management activities including annual budget development, financial planning, and cash flow and financial reporting.
- Develop project-level financial and procurement management policies and procedures, manage roll-out and oversight compliance, reporting, and periodic review.
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with the team and manage the provision of high-quality and responsive services.
- Provide expert guidance in the costing of personnel, activities, and operations.
Requirements
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer/Managing Director (CEO) or Chief Operations Officer (COO), the Head of Finance is accountable for accurate reporting of financial results and managing the company's financial affairs.
The position is based in Noida (Full time)
The person should be responsible for implementing an accounting system and processes, preparing monthly Financial reports, controlling the master data of General Ledger, and ensuring compliance with the revenue service.
Also, take care of planning, income, and expenditure, management pressure, cost accounting, financial projections, accounting, and financial records.
