Job purpose:
Development and execution of Digitalisation Strategy using 4th Industrial revolution technologies, tools, and techniques in order to enhance productivity, sustainability and resilience. Lead and manage workforce engagement by setting-up high performance program management office

Key responsibilities:
- End-to-End Planning: Digital integrated business planning
- Supply Chain Management: Analytics driven – Procurement; Supply risk prediction, Artificial Intelligence (AI) based contract review for decision making; Digital Supplier performance management; Creating Analytics platform for tender management
- Product Development: Advanced analytics for performance management across the idea to market; Robotics enabled Product development; Virtual-reality supported prototyping; Automation of Testing
- End-to-End Delivery: Digital-enabled picking and transport; logistics control tower, track and trace; Agile delivery optimization; No-touch order management; Predictive maintenance in fleet assets; Robotics and blockchain enabled logistics management
