Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with senior physicians.
- Perform and interpret diagnostic tests including ECG, TMT, ECO, and Echo in both OPD and IPD settings.
- Provide immediate medical care in emergency situations, ensuring rapid response and stabilization.
- Monitor and manage patients in the ICU, including vital sign tracking, medication administration, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and case discussions to enhance patient outcomes.
- Assist in patient education regarding disease management, lifestyle modifications, and follow-up care.
- Support the smooth operation of OPD and IPD services by managing patient flow and coordinating with nursing and support staff.
- Stay current with clinical guidelines, protocols, and emerging medical best practices.
