CBSE PGT Chemistry Teacher

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Chemistry for a CBSE-affiliated school. The candidate will be responsible for teaching Chemistry to senior secondary students (Classes XI and XII) and preparing them for CBSE board exams and competitive examinations.

Roles and Responsibili​ties
- Curriculum Delivery:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging and effective Chemistry lessons aligned with the CBSE curriculum.
- Ensure all syllabus topics are comprehensively covered, emphasizing conceptual clarity.
- Student Development:
- Foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills in students.
- Provide individual attention to students to address their learning challenges and needs.
- Conduct practical sessions in the laboratory and ensure the safe handling of equipment and chemicals.
- Examinations and Assessments:
- Design and conduct periodic tests, assignments, and mock exams to evaluate student performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and guidance to help students improve.




- Classroom Management:
- Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment.
- Promote active participation and collaboration among students.
- Academic Support:
- Assist students with competitive exam preparation (JEE, NEET, etc.) by providing additional learning resources and support.
- Keep track of individual progress and provide remedial classes as required.
- Career development:
- Stay updated with the latest developments in Chemistry and CBSE curriculum changes.
- Attend workshops, seminars, and training programs to enhance teaching skills.

Required Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Chemistry (or related field) with a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.) degree from a recognized institution.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level in a CBSE school.
